Borrowing Mobile Internet Hotspots

Wi-Fi hotspots allow portable, wireless access to the internet. You can use a hotspot at home, public spaces, or anywhere that free internet access is not available.

  • Each hotspot kit includes a hotspot device, charging cord, instructions and hard case. 
  • There is a limit of one hotspot on an account at a time.
  • Hotspots are available for check out on a daily basis for a minimum of 1 day and maximum of 7 days.
  • To borrow a hotspot, you must:
    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Have a non-expired Library account with a balance less than $50.00 or have a monthly payment plan.

How to Borrow a Hotspot

  • Use our LibCal Lending Hub to book a Hotspot and other equipment.
  • Agree to Terms & Conditions. 
  • You will be liable for any broken equipment not returned.
